Refund Policy

Cancellations on Custom Products

Custom products are processed within 12 hours of being ordered. We can only accept cancellations on custom orders if it has not been passed to production.  Since this is a personalized product catered to you, once the product begins we are unable to cancel it. 



Items can be returned within 5 days from the delivery date after coordinating with our Customer Service team. 

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s)
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Your item will be inspected

  • Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive the return for your store credit to be processed

  • Stella and Jules is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns
  • Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Instead, you may return your item(s) by mail and repurchase the item(s) in your desired metesl selection or chain size once your store credit is issued.
  • All customized pieces are final sale


We do not issue refunds since each product is personalized. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out a form on our Contact Us page and we will direct you further.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
