Cancellations on Custom Products

Custom products can only be cancelled within 24 hours after being ordered. We cannot cancel orders after 24 hours.  Since this is a personalized product catered to you, once the product begins production we are unable to cancel it. 

Shipping changes 

We can’t change your shipping address after 72 hours of placing your order. Please ensure that the shipping address entered when placing your order is accurate.



Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date after coordinating with our Customer Service team. 

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s)
  • All custom items are eligible for store credit within 30 days of your packages delivery date, we will not accept returns thereafter. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Your item will be inspected

  • Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive the return for your store credit to be processed

  • Stella and Jules is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns
  • Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Instead, you may return your item(s) by mail and repurchase the item(s) in your desired metal selection or chain size once your store credit is issued.
  • All customized pieces are final sale


We do not issue refunds on personalized products. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out a form on our Contact Us page and we will direct you further.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
