Refund Policy

Cancellations on custom Products

We can only accept cancellations on custom orders if it has not been passed to production. Custom products are processed within 12 hours of being ordered, it then gets passed along to the production process. Since this is a personalized product catered to you, once the product begins we are unable to cancel it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). If the product is damaged due to customer error there will be no partial or full refund available. 


Any item that is returned more than 4 days after delivery will only receive a partial refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
The product(s) must be returned to be inspected. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you if your product has been approved or rejected for a refund.


If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be applied through your method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note depending on your bank or Credit Card used, the time frame will vary for the refunds to be posted and appear on your statement. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out a form on our Contact Us page and we will direct you further.

For custom items there are no exchanges or returns accepted unless item has been manufactured incorrectly.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your replaced product will be deducted from your refund, unless there was a manufacturing error.
